What is SPINHIIT - MUSIC IS BANGING!!!
A mix of cardio & weights with 4 minute intervals….
4 minutes on the bike, 4 minutes off bike whilst doing a 4 minute dumbbell round or body weight exercise round. A very popular class!

A sweaty powerful cardio tabata style session! We use cardio machines & body weight exercises. For the cardio lovers.

This class is full of energy, a mix of partner work with gloves & pads then to individual boxing moves with small hand weights with added cardio all to DNB music! It’s a lively one!!
