SPINHIIT

SPINHIIT = GOOD TUNES, GOOD ENERGY, BIKES & DUMBBELLS

SPINHIIT is a high-energy hybrid class combining indoor cycling with strength and conditioning.

You’ll work in 4-minute intervals on the bike, followed by 4-minute off-bike intervals using dumbbells, resistance bands, and core work.

Available as 45 or 55-minute sessions, this class builds cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance while maximising calorie burn.

POWER

60-minute high-energy circuit class designed to build strength, stamina and confidence.

We work in intervals of 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off, keeping the heart rate high while targeting the full body.

Expect powerful movements, motivating music and an empowering atmosphere that pushes you outside your comfort zone — at your own level.

Suitable for all abilities, with options given so you can go as hard (or steady) as you need.

Start your Friday strong with this high-energy Tabata class.

Each week the focus changes to keep your body challenged – rotating between full body, leg-focused or upper-body sessions.

Expect a powerful mix of strength, core and cardio work, using short, intense intervals to boost fitness, build strength and burn calories in just 40 minutes.

Suitable for all fitness levels.
