Lisa & Maria are LBFITS personal trainers. We are a female only team. Both Lisa & Maria have lost a considerable amount of weight so both understand the highs & lows of the fitness journey. So you can put your trust in us to help you in the best way possible … with kindness.

We create 1:1 or small group fitness programmes for clients. We motivate and support you to achieve your individual & personal goals. 

We instruct & guide using a range of fitness machines, classes or weights. 

We offer bespoke packages which include nutrition plans to suit your individual needs. 

Personal training can help you a lot further when it comes to smashing those goals. It offers a more in depth training style. It also keeps you accountable for your hard work.

MARIA

I’m Maria im a mum of 4 boys and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for nearly 7 years. 

My passion is weight training and nutrition. I am really looking forward to teaching you ladies about how to get fit and strong with weight based classes !! STRENGTH is my class at LBFIT I am also a personal trainer 💪🏼💪🏼 in both classes & PT we will be working all body parts on a split program, focusing on those areas us ladies love to train……Legs, sexy shoulders, girlie guns and of course peachy bums 🍑
