I started training with Lisa in preparation for my wedding, I had wanted to get back in to exercise for a while and this was obviously a good incentive.

I started doing her bootcamp and very quickly it became part of my routine and something I looked forward to. Lisa is a great motivator with her positive energy she brings to every session. I particularly appreciate how inclusive the sessions are which means we can all work at our own abilities, and the variety from one week to the next means it continues to be fun throughout.

When it came to my wedding day, I felt happy with how I looked but more importantly I felt fitter and stronger.

Lisa is a force to be reckoned with. 

She took an overweight, panic stricken, bad habit, bag of nerves and created a very happy and healthy 40+ woman.

Lisa taught me how to love my food, not to punish myself, all the while providing tasty recipes and showed me you can live a balanced lifestyle and how to strike that balance.

I have been training with Lisa for over fours years with a combination of PT, Boot camps and Spin Classes. Her classes are varied and challenging but above all, rewarding. 

I can honestly say hands down, I have walked away from each and every session with a "I can do anything" frame of mind.

Training with Lisa, for me, isn't just about the aesthetics or personal goal, it is also exercise for my mind. 

Lisa keeps me sane, the training conversations are hilarious. Lisa is simply fun personified.

I couldn’t recommend a better personal trainer more highly than Lisa. Lisa is patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly for me; encouraging. She understands that sometimes life can get in the way, but just to train twice as hard to make up for that. 

I have found for the first time I enjoy training and look forward to my sessions with Lisa, I also enjoy other classes Lisa puts on such as boxing and spin. 

Since starting with Lisa, I have lost over 3.5 stone which has made such a huge difference to not only my appearance but overall attitude, I am much happier and have much more confidence. 

I can’t thank Lisa enough as I couldn’t have done it without her, and even if I had I wouldn’t have enjoyed my journey half as much. 

In our sessions Lisa uses a mixture of Cardio and weights, changing each week depending on what area of the body I would like to focus on; the mixture of HIIT, interval and weight training has increased my fitness and stamina better than it has ever been. I completed a 5k for the first time ever, which was a goal of mine and with Lisa’s help and focused training I am sure I will complete a 10k which is my next goal. 

Lisa has been as much a friend as a personal trainer in my journey and I will continue to train with Lisa even after meeting my target weight.

I have trained with Lisa for 3 years and I love it. I have found a fitness home. Lisa is a hundred percent fair, focused and never fails to motivate and inspire me in every session.

Her energy is infectious and energising! I train with Lisa twice a week as well as joining her bootcamps and spin classes. Not only has my body changed but my strength and fitness is the best it has ever been. Lisa’s sessions are fun yet challenging, you definitely feel the burn but feel so great after.

I met Lisa 4 months ago and our journey together has been one full of encouragement, praise and commitment. I came to Lisa looking for help to not only lose weight but also to regain some of the confidence I had lost since having had children and also losing my dear father.

Since starting with Lisa, I have lost over 20 kilos and have so much more energy. Having 2 young children, life is hectic, so having Lisa come to my house for private training is just amazing! 

My journey is not complete yet but I know I will continue to work with Lisa to achieve the results I’m looking for, and even more importantly, feel happy and healthy again.

I have been training with Lisa for last 2 years and couldn’t recommend her highly enough! I had lost confidence in how I looked after been struggling with weight gain due to PCOS and suffering with endometriosis for years. Lisa put me right at ease and encouraged me to follow the diet plan she suggested along with her PT sessions. I had lost 1 stone within 3 weeks, felt confident, energetic and healthy.

“I have been training with Lisa now for about a year, She has completely changed my lifestyle and I can honestly says it’s been the best decision that I’ve ever made.”

 

“I have been training with Lisa for a few years now and have done PT sessions, spin classes, bootcamp and some online upper body & body pump (keeping me sane through lockdown!). 

I really enjoyed my PT sessions because Lisa taught me about gym equipment and health/fitness/diet as we trained. Of course we did always like to chat and have a laugh whilst doing it, making me feel much more at ease! 

Lisa is the spin queen! Her classes are tough but the best thing is that she encourages you to do your best; never forces you to turn your resistance up and just reminds you to challenge yourself against yourself. The classes are focused but friendly, everyone encouraging each other. There is a real group feel to all of Lisa’s classes that I have attended. 

Bootcamps are by far my favourite workouts - the group of ladies (and sometimes men!) that we train with are so friendly and welcoming. Lisa is great at adapting the class for all fitness levels and will give guidance and advice to those who are newer to exercise, and gives those who are more experienced with fitness different ways of making the exercises more challenging. The sessions are tough- there’s no doubt - but Lisa isn’t a “drill sergeant” ordering your to give her 50 burpees just because you arrived 5 minutes late (often me!). Lisa welcomes everyone to the session and reminds us all to do our best; not compare ourselves to other people. She pushes us to challenge our own limits and praises us for the good progress we make week-after week. Lisa never judges or makes you feel bad if you’re having an off day or struggling with exercise, just motivates you to keep trying. Having that little energetic voice in the back of your mind really helps when you’re running round a field on a Saturday morning!!! Bootcamp sessions are a mixture of fun and fitness, Lisa makes the sessions enjoyable yet challenging and we all enjoy having a laugh together. 

After training with Lisa for so long she is not just my trainer but also now my friend. She is a joy to be around, always greeting you with a smile, and never makes you feel bad if you gain weight or have an off day. What I like the most about training with Lisa is not just that she reminds me that I can achieve my goals, but I know she wants me to achieve them for ME. She is invested in empowering women to achieve their goals, whatever those goals look like. She isn’t pushing anyone to be “skinny”, and she cares just as much about her clients emotional well-being as she does their physical well-being. There is no one else I’d rather train with!”

Before I met Lisa, I can honestly say I that never ever enjoyed any exercise, and never stuck at anything physical for very long! I started doing Lisa’s Spin classes in Jan 2018, plus a few PT sessions here and there, and she really encouraged me, and helped me enjoy it!

When Lisa told me she was going to start a “Boot camp” in Jan 2019, I was up for giving it a go but I was worried, as I was not very fit at all!After the first session, I felt great, and I really liked the exercises and even enjoyed being outside in the cold, and loved training with a big group!Since that first day, I have not missed a Boot camp – I absolutely love it!

Lisa is so creative, she makes each session different, so it never gets boring! Also, for each exercise/station, you have the option to do it at your own pace, so it’s great for beginners, but also great for those of us who have been coming a long time, Lisa will push us a bit harder.

I really love Boot camp with Lisa, and I cannot believe how much my fitness has improved!The Boot camper’s are a great group, who really support each other! 

Lisa is so bubbly, her energy keeps everyone going and we have so much fun!

When I first started personal training with Lisa I was nervous and worried as I knew I had lost my fitness. I was going travelling and gave Lisa a task to help me lose as much as I could within 3 months before going.

I didn't want to look in mirror when I first started personal training Lisa was so kind, approachable and reassuring and I soon picked my confidence up I lost two stone and went travelling feeling great.

I came back a few months later I and have loved training and doing Lisa's group sessions at the gym ever since. 

Lisa is a fantastic personal trainer, her enthusiasm shines through and she is always finding us new challenges and helping me reach my goals! 

 

 

I found Lisa’s instagram page back in September 2019 and sent her a message. She got back to me straight away and I started training with her a few weeks later. I felt so much better after a couple of session’s, Lisa has made such a difference to the way I feel and the results have been amazing. I haven’t looked back! The nutrition plan is easy to follow, effective and you can eat many exciting things which are tasty and healthy which is an added bonus. She always offers amazing support, gives me that extra push which i need and always at the end of the phone when I need advice! Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend Lisa and cannot thank her enough. I managed to loose 24 lbs while training and learnt so much about nutrition, exercise and the mental benefits it has. There was never pressure but encouragement and shared determination to reach my goal.
