LBFIT offers classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
All classes are first-come, first-served, and MUST BE BOOKED DIRECTLY VIA LISA BEFORE THE SESSION!

Start your day strong with a full-body circuit session that includes cardio, muscle building and toning. No two sessions are the same so the body is kept guessing.
