LBFITs ladies only bootcamp

This is one of our most popular choices. Our bootcamps are 8 weeks long & run throughout the year through all seasons. 

Most proudest achievement is to have watched the bootcamp grow. To see so many wonderful ladies coming together as one team to train hard & enjoy fitness, it really is GIRL POWER. This course is for ALL abilities & can be adapted to meet your needs. There is no competition other than with yourself to become fitter & stronger whilst supported by other women doing the same for the themselves.
